I agree totally with this recommendation for Tranidom, who are in Crédin (56).

Already an up and running cattery (newly built & opened last year with fantastic looking facilities), they have up until now offered a dog boarding service in their home, but due to high demand they have now built a brand new kennel block with boarding for I think about 10 dogs.

Next weekend they're having a 'Porte Ouverte' on both Saturday & Sunday (28th & 29th) afternoon for the opening of the new kennels.  As well as offering the chance to view the new kennel facilities, there will also be training workshops for both adults & children with their dogs, and various displays and stalls.

For the training sessions, you do need to book in advance.  All the details can be found on the website - www.tranidomservices.fr

I can't recommend them highly enough, they looked after our dog for a fortnight last year at their home and the care & service was fantastic.
