I only did a little at a time. If its a big job maybe blasting would be the answer. What ever you do its one of them jobs I hate! Good luck.

HelloI did all the usual with fancy drill attachments, sanders etc.Finally did it with a angle grinder just gently using the edge of the grinder positioned slightly at an angle. (sorry hard to explain in writing) but I hope you get the idea.

Take a look in the AI Brittany Classifieds, you will find a sand blasting service there. I've seen the results in a clients house, very impressive on beams and walls.allan
