Hi,

I can't really help except to sat that when I passed my French licence in the 60's the B came with a 125cc motorcycle as a bonus. When my son passed his "B" a few years ago he only got a motorcycle 80cc as a bonus. I have heard (but am not sure) that it has been upped to 125cc again.

What happens when you bring in a foreign licence I don't really know but can only suppose that the French would convert (as long as they have a reciprocal agreement with your country)  what you have a right to ride  where you came from, to your licence here.
