If you have a rattle or vibration just before it stops then the turbo has gone because it has overheated.

Could be the relay. When you switch on there should be a live spark to the relay or the turbo - best tested with a test light.

Or could be just a fuse - check all the fuses, sometimes they work loose.  The fact that it will start again after a short while is because it has recharged with expansion.  The light will come on because it is finding another way through to earth.

The breather in the fuel tank could be blocked and causing a vacuum in the tank - take the fuel filler cap off and then replace it again.

Check the earth strap on the engine and battery.

Hope one of these solves your problem but if it is the turbo then loads of Euros to be spent.
