In fact, when you run dxdiag, on the first page there is an option to 'Save All Information'. This allows you to save your system information to a text file - could you email this file to me using the link above?

Hi, I'm presuming that you're running Windows - do you have DirectX installed? If so, click Start ->1; Run, type dxdiag and press Enter. This will show plenty of diagnostic information about your system such as the version of DirectX that you are using (the latest version is 9.0c - you should try to upgrade to this version if possible), and the manufacter and chip type of your graphics card, etc.John
