msn.fr has continuous rolling news - click on items for fuller up to date coverage and lists of news stories or LCI.fr ( La Chaine Info) or AFP.fr ( Associated France Press ) with various news options on their site in English if you want.

Have you tried www.lemonde.fr ?

www.lesoir.be has a Belgian bias but might be useful just for the general sections.  It also has a configurable news ticker. (Le Fil Info)

What is wrong with the online versions of french newspapers such as le Monde, Liberation, or le Figaro. If you want ongoing BBC-type news have you tried the web sites of television channels TF1, France2, or France3?
