quote:I've started listening to Radio International 100.5 - it's like one long complilation tape of feel good songs..without the chatter!id=quote> I listen too. Suits my tastes much more than you-know-who but you can't get Radio International everywhere. It's clear in the Menton/Monaco area but the further west you go, the worse the reception. Pity....

I'vve been a fan of LFA for a long time now but for the last couple of years I've really only been listening to his lungs and worrying about if he was going to manage another breath!

Sadly missed.

lob: fully accept your views...entertainment is subjective...

i loved the way all the bits of the story always fitted together at the end...while listening you were always wondered what the final piece of the jigsaw would be...

i was never a big fan of letter from america - always thought it too mundane to hold much interest.  most surreal place that i ever listened to it was on world service (or could have been BFBS) driving through the centre of kabul..

radio 4 also on chan 854 on sky

Yes, though not on line - was in UK at the time. Really enjoyed it - then again I'm a great fan of Radio 4
