Depending on the genders, try the Doll museum, Avenue Princesse Grace opposite the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco

Depending on the weather you could try the Beach too?

There is usually something going on in Casino Square so take them up there, walk along the shops...depending on the gender of the 13 yr old, he/she might be interested in window shopping in the area

As you're based in Monaco why not visit the Oceanographic Musée near the Prince R's palace. Its a science/natural history  building including large aquariums. It had a good  "write-up" in a recent local magazine.   Geoff

An outing to <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />MarineLand will cater for all ages. From "La Petit Ferme" to the dolphin and whale shows. Throw in miniature golf and a pizzeria and you can't go wrong. Easy to reach by train, Biot train station is on the opposite side of the road.

Have fun
