Hi Jamie,

We were there, too. I was the girl with the very long hair in pony tail, right at the entrance. There were two guys in very light green shirts, and one in a blue-green top. The place was PACKED. And none of the above guys looked like they were waiting for somebody. Sorry but we just couldn't go up to all and ask if they wanted a drink :-)

Drinks on us the next time, if we do manage to meet up...

I was there, in my shirt, like I said.

Don't cry for me though.  I'm a kent face and wasn't lonely.

Let me know how the Friday night drinks thing goes.  I have been travelling or had visitors since I first posted my message and have only just seen the reply.

I'd been keen to do drinks another night if anyone is still keen??

Hi Jamie,

We can't make it before 7 PM, because I work until 6:30 PM. See you there :-)

Bonjour!

Okay, so I'll be at Slammers from six.  I'll be wearing a green corduroy shirt (unless something untoward happens over lunch).  Your password to me is "would you like a drink?", ha-ha.

Best bet in Monaco for Saturday rugby could well be Columbus.

Where's a good place for the rugby on Saturday?

We can probably make it. Slammers is a good idea - it's a rare lounge place in Monaco, and it would also be good for newcomers to Monaco among us to see this cosy little bar frequented mostly by Anglophones.

Do we decide on a secret phrase, or should we say "the large table at the far end on the left" to recognize and meet each other?

Perhaps someone will suggest the best bar in Monaco for this Friday, 19.00...

I don't really want to suggest any which I frequent but must kick-off!  So, the diminutive and dubiously titled 'Slammers' (just by 'Le Texan').

Alternatively/additionally - watching Saturday rugby, avoiding a pilgrimage to Waynezzz?
