Does anyone else living in the Var get an Italian radio on 106.50 fm? It started a few days ago and is most annoying, you could always say that I'm not missing much but all the same I do like "the world today" from auntie beeb, an excellent news and current affairs programme. Can anybody enlighten me?

Don't know about Riviera being in Italian but you can hear The World Today mornings 6A-9A on Radio International - 100.5 or 100.9. One of these frequencies should be available, depending on where in the Var you are.

I second that regarding a digibox for BBC radio. Unfortunately it's not much use in the car. I often time my hoemward journey to coincide with the 18:00 news.

Best get a digi box & you will have a vast choice of free to air Radio & indulge in the quality of what the BBC produce from Radio 1 through to Radio 7 including the world service & other stations to numerous to mention.

Radio 7  runs many of the old comedy progs such as Round the Horn, Hancock etc etc also plays etc.
