Contact the FCPE from Daudet/Nikki and sort it out with them. I am sure they can help ;-)

Hi, you can apply for your child to have a "projet personnalisé de scolaristion" this is put in place for children with diabetes, epilepsy, dyslexia, and physical disabilities so I would of thought your child would fall into this category, it involves the school doctor, social worker etc, ask the school secretary how you apply for this as each area is covered by different head offices, ie Grasse, Cannes, Nice, good luck!!

There was a child with a serious nut allergy at my children's school, a French primary in Mougins (though this was quite a few years ago).
The solution at that time was that the child brought in their own packed lunch and ate that along with his classmates.
Not sure it that any help but it worked for them.
Good luck.
