There's a fairly easy and short walk just above Gourdon. Go past the village and there will be a little parking lot on your right. The path is rocky, so bring hiking shoes. Also, it's quite windy at the top. All of the hang-gliders take off from there, so there's a good chance you'll see a number of them.

Round-trip it takes around 2 hours, but there's a plateau at the top that's great for picnicking when the weather is better.

La Colmiane....lots of places to walk in snow! Apart from the ski runs too.

What about the Wolf experience in St Martin du Vesubie?  There is a short and easy walk to get to the centre from where you pay and then obviously you walk around.  There should be snow this time of year as the ski de fond track runs just next door.
