I bought a cheap but reclinable one (30 euros) from Carrefour for a flight to the US, but it ended up lasting for all of my stroller days and going through several flights. If I had not been so hard on it, it could have lasted a lot longer, but with my 2nd child I fell in love with babywearing and never went back to strollers.

I'd have to say that babywearing is so much more practical going through airports. Sometimes you can't have the stroller all the way through with you (like from Nice on Delta, we've always had to check it all the way through to the destination - grrr!), so then you need another option anyway. If you choose woven wraps, then they can also double as a blanket on the plane, a swing on the playground, and a hammock at the park.
