be careful of some of the schemes as a lawsuit could see you liable and your life taken away as you know it. This is mainly the AE, but they have created another AE scheme that works like a ltd.

Again, suggest going 'in person' to the equvilant of the bbb here. chambre of econimic something and something.

I don't think there is a regime that is actually called that. They just mean, you should register under one of the 'traditional' self-employment regimes that existed before AE was invented, and which are of course still perfectly viable options.

AE was created to be simple, but not necessarily to work out cheapest overall. As an accountant, I'm sure you will easily cope with the standard micro regime and probably turn it to your advantage!
