Yes, that's right. Any overpayments will be reimbursed when their accounts department eventually get round to it.  It's really annoying!  I cancelled my car insurance all within the time scales, etc, and they wrongly took another month's instalment. I rang them up and they said I'd be reimbursed but it would be by cheque and not directly into my bank.  Great!  I rang them and played lights out a week later and got the cheque 2 days later.  Orange, to the contrary, send you a letter saying you will be reimbursed directly to your bank account and you always are.
