Hi,

Someone was kind enough to send thru the following link and all I did was call a couple and then emailed thru copies and then had to take originals with me, it took about 3 days.

In answer to your question YES you do need them translated.

Go to the Palais de Justice in old Nice ( the regional court) there they will give you a list of official translators in Alpes Maritimes.
