Usually any case has to be examined carefully. I wouldn't dare give any precise advice. To my knowledge there isn't a hotline, it can be construed as defamation. Somewhere I have the adress of a lawyer in Nice specializing in the "droit du travail" (employments rights)

Hi Goupil,thanks for the info,so if he can prove that he worked for this employer,does he have a chance to win the case?he told me that they have no contract but his salary is being send to his bank account so i told him that he can use that as evidence,hope it will work for him,is there any hotline to report this kind of employers?

Yes. It is called "travail dissimulé". If you can prove it (get all documents and evidence and go to a lawyer) if you feel confident go to a police station
