You might try AXA Banque.  They are very reliable and cooperative in most situations.  I recently made an enquiry for equity release and was told that there was a program available. However, it wouldn't work for us because we are American, not from the EU, even though the villa is in France.  Makes no sense to me, but perhaps just another way to discourage applicants.

Several banks will do this.   I believe Jyske Bank in Cannes is very good, we know several people who have done this with great success.   I would contact them directly rather than paying the fees of a 'middle man'.

The advantage with Jyske Bank is that they will be very happy to speak to you in English!

I suggest you look here: http://www.wealthgen.fr/Wealth_Generation/Home/Home.html it appears there is a market in the Riviera.

Best regards,
