You can only legally have 2 consecutive CDD contracts and after that they have to by law give you a CDI or not keep you. 6 years on a CDD......perhaps that's why they don't want to honour your holiday....

If you do have  CDI then the holiday entitlements etc will be governed by your 'convention', it's the rules by which each type of business has to work. The entitlements will also be different depending on if you are a Cadre or not. Ask to see a copy, the accountant will surely have one.

I seem to remember it's true. However, CDD for 6 years is probably illegal......
