We have a "servitude" for our driveway too. The details are in our 'Acte de Vente'. The 'servitude' area is clearly marked on the paper diagramming the 'cadastre' drawn up by the 'geometre'.

We don't have a separate paper. Everything that is legal about the sale of the house is in the 'Acte de Vente'.

I suspect there is not one general document called "Droit de passage - servitude", it is included in your deed and if you only have part of it, best is to refer to your notary to get the full copy.

Hope this helps,

N.

Thanks - but what I want to know is what the document is called that explains this for our property and where I would get a copy?

Thanks

I suppose you mean "droit de passage - servitude " and if you google it, you'll find a lot of legal implications for this.
