You can get the official list of translators from any language into French from your local tribunal.

Yes, I used her to translate my CA birth certificate. I am also using a woman in Nice. Expect to pay about 50 euro for 1 page.

Mon Ami Andy, 6 rue Lascaris, Nice Port did mine for me, and I think charged 60 euro.

thanks hermosabeach!!! I'll try & contact her. My document is in English & need to be translated to French by a registered legal personnel. Hope this lady you recommended is able to do this. Do you know how much she charge?as I heard its not cheap to do this. Thanks a million

We used Maryse Imbert in Mougins (near L'Etang de Fontmerle).  The US and UK consulates also  have lists of certificed translators (she is on the list). Good luck!
