Hi,

I work in the rental business and you just need to have a fence around the pool or an alarm to rent it legally.

See here: Swimming Pool Laws for information about fencing/security.

As far as I know it is not public, it is a private rental to one family, not the entire quartier. Do however, make sure that there is an alarm or cover, which needs to be activated after each swim, plus adequate insurance, for "loueur en meublé avec piscine"
