I agree it is seems they are more and more even during the day on the Promenade des Anglais. In the (early) evening along Victor Hugo and Gambetta you can't even walk a block without a woman on the corner. I understand they need to do their thing and are not bothering anyone but they are literally all over the place it just doesn't look good for the city. 

I think tweeting the city of Nice @villedenice and Estrosi @cestrosi who is very active on Twitter is a good place to start.  Is the city really controlled by organized crime or what?
