Tons of good quality pulses available in the local Bio shops (Naturdis, Sartoriz, etc.) - you just spoon them into your recyclable paper bag without any "packs"or fertilizers or suchlike.
To find such shops, just go to , type in Sartoriz or Naturdis, or Alimentation Bio in the "Quoi" box and put 06 or 83 or whatever departement you need, in the Où box and voila a happyhealthy eating list.
Love lentils!

not sure what you are looking for but dried split peas in various colours and lentils are available in all supermarkets. Barley may be there also but I'm not so sure what it might be called. Usually found near the rice and couscous etc
