You can try the Jus de Roti cubes that you find in all supermarkets. They are in the same section as chicken stock etc. Much nicer than Bisto!

Surely you can get Bisto at Geoffrey's in Antibes, and I would think any of the large Carrefours in the Etranger sections. Good luck!
