Is sour cream available in France

I spotted some 'real' sour cream in the supermarket in Cap 3000 last night, it was in the same alley as the fresh but packeted pasta (opposite). Top shelf. They also have real cottage cheese and cheddar cheese ...VictoriaB

Geoffrey's in Antibes sell it, also try the supermarket in Cap 3000 they have an english food section beans, biscuits, mustard etc.

Just add some lemon juice to creme fraiche and hey presto you have sour cream......

So do I, but it doesn't have the same "zing" that sour cream does.

I use Creme Fraiche and that is available everywhere, all the time.
