You can get Microwave popcorn almost everywhere now but I find that Picard has the best price - 3 packs for 2 euros, and I recently saw flavoured varieties at Monoprix. I'm not sure about frozen pie crust but they have fresh roll out versions that are great. For fat free salad dressings check the refridgerated areas near the bags of salas there are usually a few there.

Oh, as far as diabetic stuff goes, I have seen that. I know I saw a chocolate/candy shop along Place Massena with "sans sucre" signs. Some bigger stores have a diabetic section, I do believe, or at least a shelf or something.

I have yet to see any of those three things, but maybe someone else here has. Do you have friends or family back home? Ask them to mail you some stuff. Just be sure all food items are sealed, not fresh... and they put "gift/cadeau" on the package. When my dad came to visit, he brought me like a dozen boxes of mac and cheese. Heheh.
