Is BT Internet undergoing a 're-branding' to become BT-Yahoo! featuring Mikey and Jimmy? (Whoever they are?) If so, you might just be better off signing up to AOL, .fr or .com ---------- now wash your hands ------------Admin, interesting twilight zone experience a few moments ago. I hope we're not heading for the "see who's currently online" club ;-) It's so twee.

It's purely a network status page as far as I can tell; it doesn't give the status of the mail servers...**************

Hi Mike

They do - when you made the comment I remembered. It's here,

http://www.btopenworld.com/helpnb/servicestatus/0,,Narrowband_0_5_BTOW_Home,00.html

but doesn't have anything very useful on it!

I've just been speaking to another BTInternet customer who's also getting garbled messages, along with messages being bounced, problems accessing the SMTP server and so on.

Of course, if btopenworld.com had an e-mail server status page (or one I could find, anyway) then the cause of such things might be easy to resolve or at least identify...
