I know an english speaking lawyer who is Dutch. Please call me and I will try and arrange a meeting. This lwayer could also give advice on taxation issues.

thanks for your response, mark.  Since it is a Dutch company, and most of the legal documents will be in dutch, i think it is probably best that the person can at least speak and read dutch.   Our requirements are that we need to find someone to assist with the legalities, making sure that everything involved is correct and T's and I's are crossed and dotted, through the negotiation process through to the final sale agreement.

Is Dutch definitely a pre requisite?

What are your requirements?

Does the sale involve cross border taxation issues?
