A good agent in the area of Cap d'Ail is Peter Illovsky, who works for Burger Real Estate. His mobile number is 06 14 26 86 93MAX (of Monaco)

Hi Suzanne,

Best piece of advise I can offer is:

find out from friends or neighbours who they bought from and see if they can reccommend a contact or agency.

There are alot of sharks out there in my experience. Its a good idea to go through an agency that speaks your language.

Remember that here the asking price is just that. There is ALWAYS room for negotiation by around 5-10%.How long has product been on market? Why is owner selling?

Knowing the area you want to buy in always helps-safety should be a priority, noise pollution,amenities,transport-if there are any projects due for construction in the area?

I hope this helps a little. There are soo many agencies here that I am sure you will find something perfect!!
