A UK Limited Company can set up a branch office (succursale) in France if it wishes to trade here. The process is quite straightforward and much quicker than setting up a subsidiary (an independent SARL owned by the UK company).

Talk to the Chambre de Commerce in Antibes; the people there can handle the registration process for you, at much less cost than if you use an accountant.

I think you should keep you company in UK because of charges.

In france, it is possible to register a company un UK if you register it in France. In this case, you pay charges 2 times.

Perhaps you may create your sarl in France with only 1500 euros.
