Make one yourself...so much better than the shop ones.

6oz shortcrust pastry
450ml single cream
2.5cm piece cinnamon stick
2 eggs
3 egg yolks
25g sugar
Nutmeg

Line a 23cm flan dish with the pastry, prick the base lightly and bake blind for 10 mins. On about 200c
Meanwhile, bring the cream to the boil with the cinnamon stick. Take away from the heat and leave to stand until cool. Beat together the eggs, egg yolks and sugar. Strain the cool milk into the mixture. Mix well. Pour the egg mix into the pastry case, grate some nutmeg over. Then bake on 160c for 40-50 minutes, until the custard is set. Leave to cool before serving.

So simple!!
