Do you know a good (or bad) language school?

I have an English friend who wants to brush up her French (having last studied it at A-level).  Can anyone recommend a language school along the Riveria - somewhere that is particularly good, or different?  Also, does anyone know some language schools that are worth steering clear of?

Any pointers would be helpful.  Thanks,

Hi,

if your friend will be here for at least two weeks she can join the 'Collège International de Cannes'. I think the programm and the teachers are very good, like the atmosphere. Mostly students in the classroom but also adults like me. Have a look at www.french-in-Cannes.com or email me for more information.

I am currently studying with Sandrine at New Life in France.  I think she is excellent.  The study course is really tailored to your needs as far as language strengths and weaknesses, times, etc.
