Just a reminder to dog and cat owners to update your addresses if you move house because so many pets are unable to be reunited with owners due to this reason and end up in refuges or the local pound. I'm really pleased for the lab!!

Thank you for the advice. I had done that and we found his owner straightaway. The microchip does really speed things up.

My thanks to APOT who were very helpful.

If the dog doesn't have a tattoo, you should take the dog to a local vet to have the dog's microchip read so the owners can hopefully be found. You can find more info about that here: http://riviera.angloinfo.com/information/family/pets/

I still have the chocolate lab. He's obviously been loved and is well trained so someone must be missing him. I've contacted APOT who have been helpful but have no news.

If you hear of anyone who's lost a dog please tell them to contact me 06 73 04 66 08

Thanks
