I bought a box of gelatine powder in either Leclerc or a Casino Geant - it was two or three years ago so I can't remember which but these are my local supermarches so it was one of them.  Must have been on the flours or cake making shelves.

Yes, it is very easy to find gelatine,but not in powder. It comes in sheets here. You can find it in supermarkets in the pâtisserie supplies, next to the vanilla sugar, baking powder...etc. It comes in a small flat pack, and the sheets melt in cold water. Ask for "des feuilles de gélatine"

And yes, Greek yoghurt does exist, it is in the natural youghurt section.
