Not much help to Peter I'm afraid, if a building is in the way of the satellite then you wont get a signal.   You need to point your satellite dish to 28 and a half degrees east of south and at roughly 35degrees up from the horizon.   For Carol, I can't understand why if you get SKY that you can't get BBC and ITV because they are on the same satellite.ChrisHautVar

Peter, I two live in an appartment and I know the problem with the sydic. The problem with the free to view channels is most are on the astra satalitte I think and therefore you need a strong signal. I have the same problem a building in the way. I have the sky viewing card so although I don't get bbc and itv, I have all the other channels sky one etc. Maybe if you get a sky view card from the uk andget a friend to activate it you would get the other channels. I got mine installed by north weald satalite in antibes, expensive but great service and advice.

Contact me if you want more info.

Regards

Carol
