Noori's is my favorite of the one I have tried.

hi

We find that delhi belly has always given us good food and a great atmosphere although the maitred' is a bit over powering.

I agree with most of the above (Not sure about the hot date thing though. I'm sure the wife wouldn't approve)

Having lived in the west midlands must say this is one thing you miss here.

I have tried almost all the Indian restaurants in Nice and this is my ranking:

1) Noori's (Place Grimaldi) the best by far.  Only thing similair to a nice West Midland's curry house.

2 & 3) SriLankesi & Indian Lounger (in Old Nice, rue Droite and Benico) they are about 30 seconds walk from each other.  Owned by the same guy and they are OK.

4) Ragamama (rue Paganini, near the train station) cool atmosphere by the cook seems to change each week.  Good to go on a hot date as the place is has very cool decor.

Go to Noori's if you want to be sure of your food.
