looking for an Italian....

I have been looking for a really nice leather jacket that is lined for the winter. Something feminine, belted at the waist etc. and i have been to all the usual spots and found nothing that is of exceptional quality...

Any suggestions..i am willing to go to Italy but don't know of any great stores aside from Ana Moda which has fur and i am opposed to that. Someone mentioned a huge designer/discount mall outside of Milan but wouldn't it be all last years stuff?

thanks!

There is a huge McArthurGlen-Outlet Center, see http://serravalle.mcarthurglen.it/index.php?lang=en . They usually offer this year's fashion as well.

You could try close to Florence. There are loads of outlet stores. Including one called Conbipel city, which specialised in leather goods. It is at the same exit as the Firenze Ikea, if that means anything of you.

Or ... you could make a holiday of it and go and have one made in Istambul ... they are really cheap there and they will make exactly what you want. I know the shop I went to could mail it to France, and they have a website, but unfortunately I cannot remember the name at all ...
