Personally I would consider the TGV as number one option.Ok the journey time is 5/5.30hours depending on which train you take but it does take you to central Paris, the numerous times I have used this service it has practically always been on time, neither baggage or security is as restricted or checked as with airlines and once you are onboard the train your journey is under way and no need to keep looking at arrival/departure boards in the enclosed airport terminals to see where your potential flight is.

Hi
I just checked on skyscanner, they have flights with easyjet from 54 euros, that's cheaper than what you would have to put in for petrol and peage if you got a lift.

I've found that Easyjet is usually cheaper than the train, especially last minute bookings (unless it's at the start or end of a holiday).

A couple of weeks ago I bought a round-trip TGV trip Nice-Paris for June on the IDTGV site... for 19 each way, so 38 round trip!
And while researching my new train page ( http://www.bestofniceblog.com/transport-in-nice/train/ )I found an SNCF price calendar page that listed fares as low as 17 euros one-way for the end of May and first weeks of June:http://calendrier.voyages-sncf.com/?rfrr=Homepage_header_calendrierdesprix
Otherwise, there are pretty cheap flights with EasyJet: go to WhichBudget.com which shows the cheapest flights to the right. EasyJet to Paris right now is as low at 37 euros.
