I know somebody who can advise you on fences and alarms and they have alarms in stock (which nobody else seems to have) www.sunpowersolutions.com you're best giving them a call they were very helpful in all areas.

From the friendly English-language interpretor on the www.afnor.frwebsite.  The standard is P90-307, it is 34 pages long and costs €67.15   You may order electronic or paper versions as you prefer.

P.S. It covers more than just fences.
