Hi,

I was wondering if you ever did manage to find an employment lawyer? Were they any good?

I ask because I am looking for one too. Any help, would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Thanks for your reply - the advice from the Inspection de Travail was that one should seek advice from a lawyer before taking a case to the Conseil des Prud'hommes.

just a couple of questions of clarification....

Why do you believe you need a lawyer?  Have you tried the classic solutions such as the Prud'homme and/or l'Inspection de Travail?

If it is the French language specific aspects of the above that deter you, have you asked a union representative for assistance?
