If you are French, there is not much personal fiscal advantage to setting up in Monaco as your income is still taxed.wiggly waw fish

yeah, that is true. Or business partner, of course. It is a very expensive way to do it, and many people set up in France to begin with and make the move to be Monagesque once they can afford it! Fear is a habit. I am not afraid.

At the absence of any other replies, here is my two cents: I am fairly sure that in order to set up a company in Monaco, you need to be resident in Monaco or have a partner who is.

Do check this with someone else, though.
