Starting a small business - SEP: myth or reality?

Hi,I recently learned of what appears to be a little-known type of legal business entity in France called the "Societe en Participation" (or SEP).A quick search on Google returns various sources of information: http://www.google.com/search?q=societe+en+participationThe question I'd like answered, if anyone reading the AI forums is skilled in such matters, is whether or not this SEP is a real (read: legal) form of French company. Most importantly, can I, as a budding web developer trade and invoice under it legally, and without spending a fortune on extra social charges, accountant fees, and all the rest of the fun that comes with starting an SARL...?Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions you may have!-- James
