If you go to your local tribunal they will give you a list of all the official translators in PACA.  You then just phone the nearest one, or as we did, send the certificates by post.  I believe that the fee is the same for this where ever you go, it cost us 40€ per certificate.

I've used Pascale Stuart in Biot a couplee of times and found her to be very pleasant, efficient and fast and I've usually emailed the document to be translated.

Otherwise, I'd advise just to look up the "limited" list of official translators that you can find in the yellow pages in the phone book,
