unfortunately the amount you are totally reimbursed depends on your mutuelle & the contract you have.
Basically as a general rule the social security (secu) reimburse you 60% of their official recognised tarif (which maynot be the sum demanded by the dr etc if they do depassement d honoraires but that s another story altogether)
The mutuelle reimburse you the other 40% to make 100% of the recognised secu tarif
You may have to pay in advance and be reimbursed directly into your bank account as previously mentioned for the social security part of the bill & you may have to pay up front, then send in a receipt (given to you by the health professionel) to your mutuelle for the other 40% . You may not need to send a receipt in, it may be automatic, it depends on your mutuelle.
If you pm me with your mutuelle details I may be able to be more precise

You normally get a rebate directly to your bank account & then receive a summary by post later. Not sure if that is with all Mutuals though?
