No there isn't.  You have to make an appointment to see a doctor (you don't have to declare them as your médécin traitant - you just go along for a one-off appointment).  It's only 24 euros for the appointment and they may or may not charge you an additional fee for the examination in order to sign the certificate.  As you are not their regular patient they can't just sign off a certificate (or shouldn't).  Presumably it will ask the normal questions such as any history of pulmonary or heart problems so he/she will need to examine you if he has no patient records.

Why aren't you registered with a doctor??
