I bought my asthma inhalers here every month for 2 years before my insurance was sorted out, I just went to different chemists, said I was on holiday and had lost my luggage. They always just asked the head pharmacist who allowed me to buy them. My Ventolin was only 5 Euros but my Seretide the preventative cost 52 Euros so getting a prescription is much better for the pocket! :)

If you mean the Vick "stick" type of inhaler, you can get them over the counter at any pharmacy.
