What unpleasant things does MRI expose you to? Do you have a link to this? In principle, MRI should be very safe.

an MRI will give you as much exposure to unpleasant things as 30 xrays so they should be prescribed with much more care than they are

Yes, sorry, made a mistake. I need a scanner. St Jean have a new MRI machine, but old-ish scanner equpment. Tzanck, yes, have been there alteady.

MRI does not normally use x-rays, it is based on strong magnetic fields and radio waves.

I've been told that Arnault Tzanck (St Laurent du Var and Mougins) has very up to date equipment too.

The MRI unit at the Clinique Saint Jean in Cagnes-sur-Mer was only opened in July of 2011 so I imagine it is one of the most modern.
