preferably BIO apple cider vinegar, locally farmed honey, definately helps with heatburn

here is some more info,

I had bad stomach pains and took some and felt instantly better balanced my stomach acid out. Also used it on my dry skin and that got better. But if you drink it it is supposed to help digestion.
