I like it personally, this grass is easy to take care of.  The grass looks the best and grows fast when its hot outside in the summer ( then you have to mow the lawn often), no water need it really.  At least we never water our lawn for the last 2 years.

We bought a box of seeds at some garden shop, and then spread directly on the soil, water them for a week.  It has been good for the last 2 years.

Experienced in Africa - it works but has a rather board leaf effect....only seen it being individually hand planted and heavily water initially - seen in Nairobi which has generally fertile soils, good climate 25C and reasonable rainfall.

Hope that assists
